Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Place the item in its original VAULTBAGĀ® dust bag and shipping box, ensuring all tags and protective films remain intact.
- 3.Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
- 4.Drop Off & Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
